On 12ᵗʰ & 13ᵗʰ August 2025, Dr. V. Swaminathan, Convention Mentor, and Mr. P. Arul Mani, Convention Secretary, undertook a focused outreach mission to leading industries in and around Pondicherry — where NIQR also has an active branch — as part of the build-up to the 18ᵗʰ NIQR Quality Global Convention, scheduled for August 28ᵗʰ & 29ᵗʰ 2025, in Chennai.

An Executive Committee meeting was convened, bringing together all ECMs and several leading industrialists from the region. In his distinctive style, Dr. Swaminathan delivered impactful insights on Organizational Development and Growth, inspiring senior members to implement the learnings in their respective work areas for both organizational advancement and personal growth.

With his trademark passion and clarity, Dr. Swaminathan emphasized NIQR’s mission to elevate quality standards across India’s industrial landscape. He elaborated on the Convention’s powerful theme, six thought-provoking sessions, an impressive lineup of eminent speakers, and the prestigious awards celebrating excellence in quality.

In every company they visited, the team received a warm welcome and enthusiastic commitments for delegate participation and sponsorships. Notably, M/s Suja Shoei Industries expressed strong interest in sponsorship and pledged 15–20 delegate nominations.
