On 30 July 2025, Mr. D. Rathinasabapathy, Executive Committee Member, NIQR – Chennai Branch, visited Madras Engineering Industries, Pillaipakkam, where he met Mr. Balamurugan (Manager – Quality) and shared details about the upcoming 18ᵗʰ NIQR Global Quality Convention, including its key themes, speaker line-up, and partnership opportunities. Later, he visited Ashok Leyland – Foundry Division, Sriperumbudur, and briefed Mr. Raman, Deputy General Manager on the convention’s agenda, handing over the official brochure.

Both organisations expressed their support and committed to nominating a larger number of delegates for the convention. curated sessions, and the esteemed speaker line-up planned for the 18th Convention.
