The Sholavaram to Sricity Human Resource Professionals Welfare & Charitable Trust (S2S HR Forum) organized a two-hour session on “Developing Organizational Culture” at Hotel JFN Paradise, Gummidipoondi on 12th July 2025.

Mr. K. Rajagopalan, President of the S2S HR Forum, warmly welcomed the gathering and provided the context for the evening.

Dr. V. Swaminathan, fondly called as NIQR’s Pithamagan, addressed the gathering and shared key insights and unique activities of NIQR in his signature humorous style, filled with witty punches!

Convention Chairman, Mr. R. Sriram, provided details about the upcoming 18th NIQR Global Quality Convention, highlighting its key features and takeaways. He encouraged the audience to participate in large numbers.

In the concluding session, Dr. V. M. Gunasekaran delivered an inspiring special address on the topic “Developing Organizational Culture.” He emphasized that Value is the foundation for the development of Culture—a message that strongly resonated with the audience.

Convention Secretary, Mr. P. Arul Mani presented the Convention Brochure to all the participants and sought their help in passing on the information to other members who could not make it to the meeting.

It was an engaging and enriching experience.
